Running out of juice during these trying times? Well, we've got you covered! On April 6, h-pem kicked-off its social connection initiative #IsolateWithHPem. For the foreseeable future, we will periodically post exclusive videos from our talented friends, who are professionals in their respective fields—from cooking and dance to comedy, journalism, and beyond. Their snappy tutorials will help us all combat the challenges posed by physical isolation through a virtual learning hub. Stay tuned!
Toronto-born, Yerevan-residing DerHova is one of Armenia’s top music producers/songwriters. You may recognize his work from the hit Canadian group Temperance in the 1990s or Sirusho’s "Qele Qele" Eurovision entry for Armenia in 2008. His production of “Qami Pchi” by HAYQ in 2006 pushed hip hop to the mainstream in Armenia.
In this episode of #IsolateWithHPem, DerHova comes to us from lock-down, offering up some tips for musicians to find inspiration and create content in the midst of this trying time. Though Armenia lifted their official lock-down this week, the rest of us can still take heed of his sage advice!
Stay tuned for more videos from professionals. #IsolateWithHPem
